Land Regularization
Short course. Legislation and its interface with Land Regularization (*), from the perspective of the social function of property. Land regularization projects in the following areas: urban and rural. Geotechnologies applied to environmental and social projects. Preliminary analysis of land registry documents. Management of socio-environmental crises and conflicts. Coastal environments and spaces for dialogue with land use aspects. Participatory management in the context of Environmental Conservation Units. Georeferencing of properties. Digital mapping of territories of traditional peoples and communities (quilombolas, indigenous people, fishermen, riverside dwellers and caiçara communities). Generation of cartographic documents (charts, maps and plans) and legal aspects in support of environmental projects.
